We are searching for a polite and professional Sales Manager to leads the selling side of the team. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving seller agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.
Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, TR
Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Work on sales scripts with agents.
- Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Plan and direct sales team training.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
- At least 4-5 years of sales management, Minimum 3-years Real Estate Sales experience in Istanbul.
- Good experience of using CRM programs.
- Proficiency in both written and speaking Arabic, English, and Turkish.
- Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed on an entrepreneurial team.
- Excellent planning, reporting, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
- University degree.
- Have a Turkish Driving license.
- Live near to Beylikdüzü and Esenyurt.
